Environmental Risk Scores
Environmental risk scores displayed on MapGrid are derived estimates based on proximity analysis of public records. They are not professional environmental assessments. A low score does not mean a property is free of contamination. A high score does not confirm contamination. Always engage a qualified environmental professional for site-specific assessment.
Privacy Law Compliance
MapGrid does not display, store, or redistribute property owner names that have been redacted from state-hosted geospatial data. Where applicable (e.g., NJ Daniel's Law, P.L. 2020 c.125), owner information, if displayed, is sourced from publicly recorded deed instruments.
