Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Cancel from your Settings page at any time — no cancellation fees, no phone calls required. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
What happens after the 14-day trial?: When the trial ends, your card is charged and your plan continues automatically. Cancel anytime before then to avoid the charge and stay on the free Explorer tier — no data is lost either way.
Do I need a credit card to start?: The Explorer tier is completely free with no card. Paid-plan trials do ask for a card upfront, but you are not charged until the 14-day trial ends — cancel anytime before then and you will not pay.
How often is the data updated?: Parcel data is scheduled to sync weekly from state GIS services. Environmental overlays refresh monthly from EPA and state databases. Tax sale listings are scraped weekly from county open-data sources. These are target cadences, not guarantees — a source can fall behind when its upstream GIS service changes.
Can I add team members later?: Yes. You can upgrade from Solo or Pro to the Team plan at any time from Settings. Additional seats are available for Team and Enterprise plans.
